Richard has over 30 years experience in various martial arts, having been taught by some of the best and most knowledgeable instructors and coaches in the world. He has a passion for helping people to be the very best versions of themselves. He is also a highly experienced martial arts conditioning coach and personal trainer. His approach is friendly, adaptable and open minded.

Here at G Force, our mission is developing champions for life. Not only do we focus on martial arts and fitness, we aim to increase life skills and character development.

Our children's classes are designed to nurture them with life skills. First to become well rounded kids, to then grow into well rounded adults in an ever-evolving, challenging world.

The adult, teen and ladies only classes build martial arts skills, as well as fitness and are FUN! They are for everyone, from beginner to experienced, young or old, fit or unfit.

G Force Derby is a friendly club built on a solid foundation of community and family. Everyone is unique and is treated as an extension of the G Force family. We all grow together, and welcome anyone wishing to embark on the wonderful and fascinating journey of martial arts with us.
